Congratulations on joining the Power Knot family.

We are excited to be a part of your journey in reducing your carbon footprint and making a direct impact on the environment. Over the next few days, you will begin to see a few emails and action items roll in.

You will receive an email with electronic copies of several important documents to get you started. Startup documents include a Quick Start Guide, Commissioning and Training, Commissioning Report, Best Practice Guide, and User’s Manual.

Now that your machine has been installed, it is the perfect time to get it connected to the LFC Cloud. Connecting the LFC biodigester to the LFC Cloud is required for maintaining your complimentary three year warranty. If it is not connected, your warranty will only be eligible for one year. Our support team will reach out to you and help get your LFC Cloud account set up.

By now, you should have received your new machine. You will receive physical copies of all the startup documents along with the machine. Please refer to the User’s Manual and Commissioning and Training Report
